Define -- The discovery stage.
Before a system can be developed, it must be clearly understood and defined. The definition stage is the first step in any project's life.
Details of the project, including goals and objectives, vision statement, milestones, deliverables, expectations, timelines, and budgets, are delineated during this stage.

Design -- The planning stage.
Once the project is properly defined, the design stage begins. The design stage is the prototype phase of the project.
Screen shots, sample reports, menu hierarchy and data modeling are but a few of the tasks of this phase.
This stage is intended to evaluate and validate information collected in the define stage.
Other typical tasks include physical database design, program specifications, conversion and implementation planning, and disaster recovery.

Develop -- The programming stage.
Once the design is complete, we begin to develop the physical code for your project. This is the nuts and bolts of the application life cycle.
Coding, stress testing, hardware installion, backup and recovery procedures, and user manuals are a few of the common tasks that are undertaken during this stage of the project.

Deploy -- The production stage.
Once the development stage is complete, the application is ready to deploy.
Going live with the application and training. Post review to make sure all is going according to plan.
